About Daniel Saks
Daniel Saks, MT-BC, established Qualia Music Therapy, a private Brooklyn-based music therapy practice, to harness the power of music for connection, expression, and emotional release.
Daniel Saks has extensive experience as a musician and music educator. He is trained in Orff-Schulwerk and has taught music to children in NYC and Switzerland.
Daniel Saks graduated as a music major from The New School with a certification in audio engineering. He studied music therapy at Slippery Rock University and completed his clinical internship at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music.
He is also the creator of the award-winning music education podcast for children, Noodle Loaf, and is a best-selling children’s book author. Saks works as a music therapist at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music and at Qualia Music Therapy in Prospect Park South, Brooklyn.
